If you received a tracking number with your order, please check the progress of your delivery with the carrier (usually Canada Post).
Please be patient. Because of the pandemic, delivery times may be extended more than normal. Print-on-demand items such as t-shirts need about three days for production, then are sent for delivery.
Allow at least two weeks before assuming something is amiss.
REFUND: If your order has not yet gone into production, we can offer you a refund.
EXCHANGE: If your order has not yet gone into production, we can offer you an alternative product of equal / lesser value (or you can pay the difference for a product of greater value / we will refund the difference for a product of lesser value).
If your item is in production, we ask for your patience in waiting for your item to be produced and delivered.
